heyfounder.chat is a chat widget for your website whose conversations land in your own Telegram group. This page says what we store and what happens to it.
Who is responsible
You decide what your website visitors are asked and why. We are your processor: we handle visitor data only to run the chat for you, and for nothing else.
What we store
- Your email address and login sessions.
- Your site settings: allowed websites, greeting and colour, and which Telegram group is connected.
- For each visitor chat: the email address the visitor typed, and the messages exchanged.
How long we keep it
We keep visitor chats until you delete your account.
Deleting your account
Use Delete my account on the Telegram page of your dashboard. We then delete your account, your site settings and every visitor chat and message we stored. If you connect a different Telegram group, the chats stored for your site are deleted as well.
What stays in Telegram
Every chat also exists as a topic in your Telegram group, with the visitor's email address in its title. That copy belongs to your group and to Telegram. We cannot delete it, so remove it there yourself if you need it gone.
